Tongue scraping is recommended twice daily before brushing the teeth. It is important to reach the very back of the tongue as this is where most of the odour causing bacteria will thrive under the thick layers of plaque which either brushing or mouth washing alone can remove.

How to use For best results, use each morning before brushing teeth. Extend the tongue out of the mouth. Place the curved Tongue Cleaner towards the back of the tongue. Gently glide the curved Tongue Cleaner along the surface of the tongue towards the tip of the tongue 3-4 times. Rinse the Tongue Cleaner after each scraping. Rinse the Tongue Cleaner under hot water when finished.
